The following terms and conditions apply to all donations made through the Gambian Islamic Community Centre website.

1. Our Agreement with You
When you make an online donation to the Gambian Islamic Community Centre, you will receive an email confirming receipt and details of your donation. This confirmation acknowledges your offer to donate, which becomes a binding agreement once we issue a Final Receipt.

2. Description of Donation Items
We strive to ensure all descriptions, details, and prices of donation options listed on our website are accurate at the time of entry. However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any donation where errors in information—such as pricing or promotional details—have occurred.

3. Refund Policy
In line with Charity Commission regulations, we are generally unable to issue refunds on donations. Exceptions may apply in cases where a donation was made in error—for example, by selecting the wrong option or due to a processing issue such as an incorrect or duplicate amount being deducted. In such cases, donors should contact us promptly via our Contact Us page to request a review.

4. Data Security and Use
By making a donation, you consent to the Gambian Islamic Community Centre using your personal information for the purpose of processing and managing your donation. We are committed to handling all data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Changes to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to update our website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. The terms in effect at the time of your donation will apply unless changes are required by law or regulatory authority, in which case they will apply to all previous donations. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

6. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for any delays or failures in fulfilling our obligations under these terms that result from events beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using our website and donating, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
